Eat delicious & nourishing food
we all want to eat food that is equal parts nutritious and delicious, The challenge is:
the industrial food system is not designed for your health or taste, it's designed for max production and shelf life
The greatest challenge for discerning, health-conscious individuals today is the erosion of food integrity. In a world of mass production, misleading labels, and industrial shortcuts, the art of true nourishment has been lost. Sourcing food worthy of a refined lifestyle — food as pure, vital, and carefully crafted as the rest of your choices — has become unnecessarily elusive.
-
Compromised Craft – You’re forced to accept food that’s mass-produced, generic, and soulless, instead of something crafted with care.
-
Everyday Mediocrity – Supermarket “organic” feels more like a commodity than a masterpiece worthy of your table.
-
The Lost Art of Food – True nourishment and flavor have been replaced by shortcuts and industrial processes.
-
Standardized Living – What’s marketed as premium is still factory-driven, leaving you starved for authenticity.
-
Absence of Craftsmanship – Food stripped of the intention, precision, and integrity you expect in every other aspect of your life.
Meet Jillian Forde

I was sick of having to plan my weekends around making it to the farmers market as the only way to get the most nutritious and delicious food.
I used to eat at every health grocery store and listened to all the buzz words "pasture-raised", "grass-fed", "avoid wheat". I felt like I was doing everything I could but I literally craved more. When I started eating food from the farmers market that wasn't used usda organic, I wondered why was the food at the farmers market filled with so much flavor compared to what I'd get at the grocery store. I thought I was making good choices. I was drawn to learn more about why the food tasted soo good and I learned that it's also more nutritious. Could they be related?

A lifelong foodie and health enthusiast, she became obsessed with uncovering where food truly comes from and the farming practices that make it most nutrient-dense. Raised with a deep appreciation for flavor and health, Jillian transformed that passion into a mission: to challenge a food system that misleads people and instead help families reconnect with food they can trust.
She is the co-founder of Honeynut, a company dedicated to sourcing and sharing pasture-raised meats, raw dairy, and organic produce—real food raised with integrity.
Today, Jillian is not only a guide for those seeking to eat with confidence and clarity but also a voice for transparency in food. Her work bridges the gap between farms and tables, proving that nutritious food can also be the most delicious.
