The truth is, the industrial food system wasn’t built with our health—or taste buds—in mind. It was built for efficiency and profit. Deep down, though, we all know food can be better. We want food that actually fuels us, food that tastes alive, and food we can trust because we know exactly where it came from.

My Story

MEET JILLIAN FORDE

Jillian Forde has spent her life exploring what it really means to eat well—studying food, farms, and the connection between how something is grown and how it nourishes the body.

 

A lifelong foodie and health enthusiast, she became obsessed with uncovering where food truly comes from and the farming practices that make it most nutrient-dense. Raised with a deep appreciation for flavor and health, Jillian transformed that passion into a mission: to challenge a food system that misleads people and instead help families reconnect with food they can trust.

 

She is the co-founder of Honeynut, a company dedicated to sourcing and sharing pasture-raised meats, raw dairy, and organic produce—real food raised with integrity.

 

Today, Jillian is not only a guide for those seeking to eat with confidence and clarity but also a voice for transparency in food. Her work bridges the gap between farms and tables, proving that nutritious food can also be the most delicious.
